Camera
The Bird-Boy's built-in camera allows for photographic notetaking. Photos can directly be attached to entries in your Database including species, landmarks, and Adventures.
Using the Camera
Open the Camera app from the Device Menu. You can operate the camera using the Bird-Boy's built-in analog buttons:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Enter | Takes a photograph. |
| Up arrow | Zooms the camera in. |
| Down arrow | Zooms the camera out. |
| Menu | Exits the Camera app and returns to the Device Menu. |
Images are automatically saved to your Database for access later.
If you try exiting the Camera app after taking at least one photo while on an active Adventure, you will receive an additional prompt asking to save any photo(s) to your Adventure log. Select Yes or No accordingly.
The Bird-Boy's camera is not suited for subjects in motion or in low light. Subjects should be photographed in daylight while idle for best results.
